    • 2 cups coconut milk or milk of your choice

    • ¼ cup chia seeds

    • ¼ cup Cocolasses®

    • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

For a smooth and creamy pudding put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend. For chunkier pudding blend all of the ingredients except the chia seeds, then stir in the chia seeds. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and place in the refrigerator until it is of the consistency you prefer.

    • 2 Tablespoons nut butter of your choice (peanut butter, almond butter or hazel nut butter)

    • 3 Tablespoons Cocolasses®

    • 1 Tablespoon shredded coconut

In a small bowl or glass container combined the nut butter, coconut with the Cocolasses®. I prefer to use a fork for the mixing. I think it works better. Take small scoop of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the balls if the freezer to firm them up.

    • 16 oz can coconut milk

    • 2 cups cooked brown or white rice

    • 4 Tablespoons Cocolasses®

    • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

    • 1-teaspoon vanilla

    • Pinch of sea salt

Heat coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a simmer. Add the Cocolasses®, maple syrup, vanilla and salt until dissolved. Stir in the rice and simmer until thickened.

    • 8 ounces soften cream cheese

    • 4 Tablespoons Cocolasses®

    • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup

    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Blend all ingredients together with an electric mixer and serve with fruit.

    • 6 eggs

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    • ¼ cup corn starch

    • ½ teaspoon baking powder

    • 2 Tablespoons Cocolasses®

    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice

    • ½ cup plain yogurt

    • 1 ½ stick melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13x9x2inch baking pan. Beat eggs and sugar until thoroughly blended in a large bowl. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, Cocolasses®, cinnamon and pumpkin spice blending well. Add yogurt and melted butter, mix thoroughly. Spread batter into greased baking pan. Bake 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. After cake has cooled off garnish with powder sugar.
